Wastewater Plant Rehabilitation

Terre Haute, IN

Project Overview:

The wastewater facility in Terre Haute, IN is a 48 million gallon per day (MGD) facility.

Project Description:

Morse Electric was initially contracted to perform electrical installation for the Terre Haute project. The scope of work included emergency and standby power generation, medium voltage primary cabling, teledata, lighting, lighting control, energy monitoring, equipment specification, testing, and commissioning.

Construction was underway on the project when the owner requested immediate changes to the plant to accommodate a biofuel waste to diesel project. Morse Electric partnered with The Morse Group subsidiary, Industrial Electrical Engineers (IEE), and Plocher Construction to provide a turnkey solution that met the project requirements. The team finished both the original scope of work and the additional biofuel project ahead of schedule.
